It provides browser-based call center solution that allows you to manage all your calls from browser and does not require any phone hardware. Moreover, it allows you to record all calls that can be later used for QA.

    I ordered a Pallet of Amazon returns. Nothing has appeared & Zendesk keep assuring me it has been delivered. They told me to get in touch with Post Office,they know nothing of the pallet. A total confidance trick. Have asked for my money to be returned ,thats about as likely as China winning ice hockey gold medal at the olympic games this summer.

    Zendesk a simply awful customer experience! In responding to a recent dispute with Wish.com (another one to avoid) at first Zendesk seem helpful saying they will sort the issue then when they get to the point they can’t, all you get are standard worded emails, then finally an email stating ‘your account is blocked’ due to ‘company policy’ and then they ignore every future communication asking for more detailed information on how to resolve. It’s like saying ‘our company policy is to steal your money without a proper reason’. You can’t phone them to discuss and it leaves you extremely frustrated because you can’t get a properly reasoned response, so you don’t know where you stand. So my strong advice to any company considering hiring Zendesk for their customer service representation is don’t, you will lose customers as a result. Zendesk is disreputable, so also beware of dealing with any companies who use them (especially Wish.com)
